Cristobal Guillen

Cristobal (Cris) Guillen is a Founder of the Association of Washington State Hispanic Chambers of Commerce (AWSHCC) and currently serves as its president and CEO. The AWSHCC was incorporated in October 2007 and created to support the interests of local Hispanic chambers of commerce and their members throughout Washington State. Affiliated chambers are located in Spokane, Pasco, Wenatchee, Seattle, Bellingham, Yakima, and Tacoma. www.awshcc.com
Cris is also Founder of the Central Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce which was incorporated in November 2008 and a Founder and Organizer of Plaza Bank Washington, the first bank in Washington State formed to market primarily to the Latino community. At the time of its formation in May 2006, Plaza Bank was the largest de novo bank in Washington State history with an initial capitalization of $22 million. Mike Sotelo is President and Founder of the King County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Founder and Vice President of the Association of Washington State Hispanic Chambers of Commerce and also a Founder and Organizer of Plaza Bank Washington. Mike is the visionary force behind La Plaza and the CEO of La Plaza, LLC. He is a nationally recognized leader in workplace safety management and a highly visible leader in the Pacific Northwest construction industry. Mike brings considerable depth of knowledge and experience to the development component of La Plaza. La Plaza is much more than a project to Mike, as he believes it will unify and lend credibility to the Latino business community, thereby benefiting Latino families and enhancing their futures.
